Jen Martin
Senior Consultant

Jen previously served as a Partner Success Lead with BellXcel, bringing over 15 years of expertise in leading youth-focused nonprofit organizations. Her experience spans case management, after-school and summer program management, including roles as a Technical Assistance Lead. Jen holds an M.S. in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University and a B.A. in Family Relations from Oklahoma Baptist University.

Jared Scheck
Education Consultant

Jared aids schools and youth organizations in developing and sustaining organizational capacity. With previous roles at the Center for Public Research and Leadership and The Education Center of Bank Street College of Education, Jared holds a B.A. with Honors in Psychology from Boston University and an M.A. in Politics and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Paige Smith, Ed.D.
Education Consultant

With over eight years in youth-serving organizations and four years researching operational models, Paige collaborates with clients to enhance organizational capacity. She holds a Doctorate of Education in Nonprofit Management from Louisiana State University Shreveport, along with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Science from Louisiana Tech University.
